3.1 Custom Commissions
A deposit is required to secure your commissioned artwork. This deposit is non-refundable.
Once a commission is completed, the final payment must be made before the artwork is delivered.
We strive to capture your vision in the final piece, but all sales of custom artwork are final.
3.2 Pre-Made Artwork
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
All sales are final; refunds or exchanges are not offered for original or pre-made artwork unless the item arrives damaged (see Section 4).
4. Shipping and Delivery
